KBAK: Federal judge shortage severely harming justice in Central Valley
Our area’s federal judicial district has instituted an emergency order that “will seriously hinder the administration of justice” throughout Bakersfield and Kern County, according to the only remaining judge. The emergency is already affecting hundreds of local cases and local families — including two local families and Chain | Cohn | Clark clients who spoke with KBAK-29 News and hope to get the attention of our elected officials for help.
